Development Diplomacy is a methodological approach. Development Diplomacy is evolutive and in constant reconceptualization, and its comprehensive approach is informed by practice learnings, research findings, and evidence gained mainly during the last two decades in different fields of diplomatic work involving distinct stakeholders and settings at the multilateral arena and national and local level and referring to negotiated and agreed outcomes to further progress in implementing inclusive and equitable SD and peaceful societies.
